Board Certified Behavioral Analyst opportunities
A BCBA develops the individualized ABA therapy plans for children with autism, conducts assessments, and oversees the progress of each child’s development.
If you’re an energetic and creative professional with a talent for engaging children, supervising others, and working closely with families, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, manageable caseloads, and a supportive environment that values quality care.
We offer both part-time and full-time positions for work within Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, or Cumberland County.
A car and willingness to travel are required.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behaviour Technician opportunities
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) at ASMS, you’ll work directly with children and young adults with autism, implementing individualized therapy plans to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
If you're passionate about helping children thrive and have a talent for engaging and supporting them in a hands-on, meaningful way, this is a great role for you.

Work in-home with families, and travel within Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, or Cumberland County is required.

Part time - afterschool hours generally 3-7 pm during the week with optional weekend hours.

Paid sick leave and paid in-person training.
If you’d like to become an RBT, we provide the 40-hour training and supervision required to become an RBT.

BCBA Internship Program
We’re dedicated to developing the next generation of exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
We collaborate with Capella university and they give our interns 10% off the tuition. We also collaborate with Purdue University.
Our internship program is designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive training experience, ensuring our interns gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Education Support
Autism Spectrum Mandate Services, NJ has collaborated with Capella University for a 10% discount on tuition to those individuals planning on completing their Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. We also have a paid internship program for those attaining their BCBA certification.
