Autism Spectrum Mandate Services’ mission is to empower our clients and their families — and making people feel respected and included is key to that goal. Inclusion is the way we treat and perceive differences, and we value diversity in individuals’ culture, history, and identity. We aim to raise awareness about biases and cultural differences through our trainings, create a more diverse workplace by recruiting through diversified channels, and provide advancement opportunities for everyone through our Internship Program. It is our hope that with an improved understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, we can make our staff and clients feel welcome and supported.
